Charlie Sheen’s ‘Angel’ Brett Rossi Releases Devilish Account
Rossi is suing Sheen for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.
Furthermore, in a statement, Ross’ attorney, David M. Ring, accuses Sheen of reneging on an agreement to settle Ross’ claims by paying her $1 million and assigning her a portion of his income from Anger Management. She found out she was pregnant in March 2014, and Sheen freaked out, saying that he did not want a child with the same HIV status as him.

The suit also alleges that Ross became pregnant with Sheen’s child, but the actor pressured her to abort for fear she would “give birth to a retarded child” as a result of Sheen’s HIV status. They got engaged in January 2014, but their relationship ended later that year.
Sheen disclosed publicly on the “Today” show last month that he was HIV positive, and acknowledged that the revelation may lead to litigation.
In the lawsuit, Rossi explains that she met Sheen in November 2013 when he paid her $10,000 for sex, but then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Rossi alleges Sheen would push her, put her in chokeholds, lock her in the bathroom, and point unloaded guns at her and pull the trigger.
After a “heart to heart” talk with him, she agreed to stay in a relationship with him.
Brett says she and Charlie had unprotected sex at least 5 times before she discovered HIV meds in his medicine cabinet.
Rossi further claims that Sheen was physically and emotionally abusive towards her throughout the duration of their relationship. The allegations made by Rossi are vehemently denied by Sheen’s lawyer as she prepares to sue Charlie Sheen.
“Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by [Rossi]”, Singer told PEOPLE in a statement. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”.
