Actress Sandhya ties the knot

Critically acclaimed Heroine Sandhya known for her natural Performance in Pawan kalyan’s “Annavaram” & Block buster “Premisthe” got married to Chennai Based IT Specialist Venkat Chandrasekaran amidst the monstrous Chennai floods.

The wedding was supposed to take place in Chennai but due to the heavy downpour which has havocked the city, the venue was shifted to Guruvayoor (Kerala). The actress entered into wedlock with Venkat Chandrasekharan, an IT professional, against all odds.

Owing to the incessant rains and floods, Sandhya and her family were trapped in their flat at Vadapalani. They reached Guruvayur on Saturday and all the arrangements were already made by friends and family members there.

Sandhya rose to fame after the Tamil film Kadhal, in which she was cast opposite Bharath.

Sandhya was recently in the news for doing the first item song of her career in an upcoming Tamil film. It’s reported that “Kadhal” Sandhya has been brought in replacing Bhama and is paired up with Kunchacko Boban in the Rajesh Pillai-directed Vettah.
