Responding to mistrust, feds investigating Chicago police
Chicago officials say the treatment of a detainee in police custody is under investigation as they release video showing an officer dragging the man through a hallway.
“Our goal in this investigation…is not to focus on individuals but to improve systems”, the nation’s top law enforcement official said.
