Your new Apple TV finally works with the Remote app
Apple has released sweeping updates across its operating systems, bringing further improvements to its software and devices. For starters users who speak Arabic will be pleased to learn that Siri will finally be able to understand them.
Indeed, it could be a very specific hardware problem based on a power supply component or some other part, so it’s worth watching to see if Apple continues to update the support page as it learns more about the issue. This addresses one of the primary concerns publishers had with Apple News and shows a willingness to move forward in attempts to improve not only the app itself, but Apple’s relationship with publishers. Mail’s “Mail Drop” now allows users to send large attachments. iBooks supports 3D Touch to give a “peek-and-pop” of a book’s summary and readers’ ratings.
Apart from this, right-to-left UI mode is also supported.
In a report by MacRumors, Apple’s iOS 9.2 has a number of small tweaks to Apple Music to discard assorted pain points.
iOS 9.2 has been available for developers and public beta testers since October, from around the same time that iOS 9.1 was released to the public. Furthermore, you can also listen to your audiobook even as you browse your library, read another book, or explore your iBooks store.
The Music app now lets users create playlists when adding just one song. More useful, however, is that the most recently changed playlist is listed at the top when adding new songs to a playlist. What’s interesting is that this feature isn’t compiled by an algorithm; it’s actually put together and updated twice a day by Apple News’ human editorial staff.
To update your Apple Watch, open the app on your iPhone and head over to My Watch tab General Software Update.
The latest update to MacBooks, iMacs and Mac Pros also focuses on security and stability rather than headline-worthy new features. Simply connect your Apple device to a computer using a data cable, start iTunes and once the device is detected, click on check for updates.
The Cupertino company has added a slew of new language support, including Arabic, Czech, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Malay, Portuguese and Vietnamese. This service was first time used on OS X El Capitan.
