Ezra Miller talks The Flash movie, calls the TV show “awesome”
Ezra Miller, who is set to play The Flash on the big screen, takes no issue with playing a superhero that already has an accompanying television series starring Grant Gustin. I think it’s awesome! Grant Gustin is The Flash, and I’m The Flash, don’t you see?
Further showing his passion for the role, he explained how he’s always been a comic book fan, but is going in as “hard as he can” because he has an excuse to!
The Flash is set to be released on March 23th 2018.
“I’m not avoiding it, I’m not avoiding it at all”, he replied. We’ve crossed it, baby! We should be getting our first brief glimpse as Miller portraying the Fastest Man Alive in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice next year, with much more to come in both Justice League Part One (2017) and The Flash (2018).
When asked about what he can tease about the Season 2 premiere: “I have been instructed to be incredibly vague so I apologize in ahead of time”.
Grant and I are chillin'”, Miller said, adding, “We’re going to have a race.
During a promotional interview with MTV for “Trainwreck” where he stars as an intern working with Amy Schumer’s character, he also talked about his character in “The Flash“.
Barry Allen is the Silver Age, who follows a lot of interesting discoveries in physics… “It’s like, where he comes from, we’ve figured out the event horizon was there, and then he was the character that was created through our mythos machine of comic books to break that event horizon so we could explore in fantasy”.
With an enthusiasm like this from the new Flash guy, it’ll be hard for The Flash TV series fans to hate on Ezra.
