Big Fun: 5 Christmas concerts to check out this weekend

A Christmas Cantata, “He is the Light of the World”, will be performed at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Keosauqua Health Center, formerly the Good Samaritan Center.
The next monthly meeting for the Parkinson Disease Northtowns Caregiver Support Group will be from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at the Meadows in Weinberg Campus, 2650 North Forest Road, Amherst.
Bring a Friend Sunday: will be held December 13 at St. Mark Lutheran, 129 Charles St., Hanover.
Meeting in the driveway of Cheshire Elementary School, 197 Church St., all attending will decorate a large Christmas tree while singing Christmas carols.
Rose of Sharon Baptist Church at 4109 Guess Road has launched a light display featuring more than 17,000 LED lights synchronized to music as its gift to the community during the Christmas season.
This cantata will be presented at 10 a.m. on December 20 and at the Christmas Eve Candlelight service on at 7 p.m. on December 24.
