Paul Mason thought of the idea two years ago when he grew a beard.

In fact, Yorkdale has pledged to donate $1 to Toronto’s Hospital For Sick Children, also known as SickKids, (up to $10,000) for every selfie taken with Fashion Santa that’s posted on social media, using the hashtag #YorkdaleFashionSanta.
