Kardashian names son Saint West

Kim Kardashian West recently gave birth to her second child with Kanye West, Saint West, last Saturday at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in California.

The reality TV star was forced to deliver her son nearly three weeks before her due date on Christmas Day (25.12.15) after she reportedly suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta remains attached to the womb. However, they went against the strategy in the last minute.

The mum-of-two and her husband have now taken their newborn home, and a source close to E! have confirmed that Kim is “recovering and doing well”. At that time, they were revealed through Kris Jenner’s talk show.

Talking about her grandson, who weighed in at 8 pounds 1 ounce, the momager said the religious choice of name was spot on.

An insider shared: “She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta”.

Sources with knowledge of the family’s situation told TMZ that Kardashian and West want Saint off from any of the family’s shows until he’s developed awareness. “I love him, and mommy and daddy are doing fantastic”. We know that this child will never be out of the public’s eye. “One of the reasons Kim and Kanye went with the name Saint is that it goes perfectly with the middle name they chose, Robert [Kardashian, Kim’s late father]”.
