Kim and Kanye named their second child “Saint West”, which Kim wrote on Twitter on December 8. Unfortunately, she dealt with the same complications during labor that she faced when she delivered daughter North West in 2013, a source confirmed to ET.

They’re obviously a close family, so it’s no surprise that Kim and ‘Ye ran the name Saint by his grandmother first.

We’ve no doubt that sister North is brimming with excitement at meeting her new little brother.

They continued, “Mullins, who’s done this type of thing with Prince George and the Gosling baby, studied pics of Kim and Kanye and combined it with the latest forensic technology to get the mug”.
