X Factor final 2015: how are the judges and acts feeling?
Managing to bag Adele for the weekend – as well as One Direction, Coldplay, Leona Lewis and other stars – has been the highlight of this series.
Her rendition of Michael Jackson’s Who’s Loving You easily earned her four yes’s and made her one to beat throughout bootcamp and judge’s houses.
Five years on and we still can’t help but feel that Aiden was kicked off “The X Factor” way before his time, especially after turning out haunting performances like this one.
The final three contestants – Ché Chesterman, Louisa Johnson and Reggie “n” Bollie – will be narrowed down to two on Saturday before the end of the show.
‘Regardless, I think we’ve found a star anyway.
When 17-year-old Johnson from Essex stepped out on to that big stage during the first week that the auditions were on television, no one expected the powerful voice that came out of her, least of all judges Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Simon Cowell.
Reggie N Bollie could be the dark horse, with odds of 9/2.
“Now we’re focused on going in for the win!”
After spicing up the live shows throughout the series, they actually have a decent shot of winning – though what they’d do with a cover of Bob Dylan’s Forever Young as a winner’s single remains to be seen.
Rod and Che = we can’t wait for this duet!
However, while Johnson has been the frontrunner for quite some time, there are now fears that she will miss the final due to ill health. You can’t predict the future.
She says: ‘That would be so f***ing awesome! I’ll be like: “See, Simon?”
The pretty teen continues: ‘I’m really grateful that people think [I’ll win] but I don’t really like to focus on it because I just need to focus on my performances.
Speaking backstage at Wembley Arena this week, the lads admitted that they’re itching to get onto the big stage and showcase their talent to a massive crowd.
Mr Bayford added: “When I saw her again at a street festival a few years later I was absolutely blown away by how much she’d come along”.
