Rita Ora’s home ‘targeted by thieves days before Simon Cowell robbery’
It’s bad enough that the celebrity judges on X Factor have to endure crimes against their ears – listening to thousands of crappy singers before finding a half decent one with a big set of knockers – now, however, it has emerged that they face an even bigger danger.
Simon Cowell has admitted that he suffering from “psychological damage” after his house was burgled last week.
Asked if she had since increased security, the X Factor judge said: “F**k, yeah, I have”.
Simon Cowell is keen to have a face-to-face meeting with the burglars who raided his home whilst he, partner Lauren Silverman and their son Eric, 21 months, slept upstairs.
Adele will be singing her number one single Hello, while Coldplay will perform recent hit Adventure of a Lifetime.
He shared: “I’ve handed my CV to Simon for next year’s show, so we will see how it goes”.
“I don’t want to say too much right now because I am angry”.
“What would have happened if he had woken up? I think he had inside knowledge”, the father-of-one stated.
Quizzed what he did enjoy about this series, Simon added: “I think the talent was great and people liked the Six Chair Challenge”.
Speaking ahead of The X Factor final, he said: “He got up to the first floor and there were two doors, one to my bedroom and one to my bathroom, which leads to a dressing room where the safe was”.
The 25-year-old musician reportedly divides her time between the £1.3 million semi-detached property and a town house in west London, although her whereabouts at the time of the burglary are unknown. I’m not talking any chances.
It has also been suggested that dance duo Reggie N Bollie may perform with 90s garage star Craig David, although some are still holding out for an appearance by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini who, as their mentor, danced with the boys on a previous episode upsetting some of the viewing public who deemed the action inappropriate.
