Che Chesterman voted out of X Factor
At the start of this year’s X Factor I’m sure even they, in their hearts of hearts, never imagined they’d be in the final two but now Reggie n Bollie are in with a great shot at victory. After some special performances, hosts Olly Murs and Caroline Flack returned to deliver the results.
He said his highlight was his friendship with mentor Nick Grimshaw, who hugged his contestant and said: “I’m so, so proud”.
After a spectacular entrance from the judges, Ché Chesterman opened the show with In The Air Tonight, followed by a rendition of Valerie, complete with dancing burgers.
Louisa joins novelty rappers Reggie and Bollie in the final.
However Cheryl Fernandez-Versini called his vocals “god-given”.
As well as duets, the three acts also performed two songs, Louisa, sang Christina Aguilera’s Fighter and I Believe I Can Fly by R Kelly.
But their most memorable moment arrived in the shape of their all star collaboration with not just one but two performers in the shape of Fuse ODG and Craig David.
Former winners Ben Haenow and Leona teamed up to sing Doors and Run.
A different social networker shared: “If Louisa Johnson hadn’t already won this show, Rita Ora’s duet with her must have secured it. Sensational #XFactorFinal” while one wrote: “This duet between Rita Ora & Louisa Johnson is f**king fantastic”.
Then it was girl power all the way as Fleur East and Little Mix joined forces for a sassy performance of Black Magic and Sax.
Louisa was announced as the first act through to Sunday’s grand final.
It was previously rumoured that, since ITV’s accusation of The Voice, the X Factor may be finally put to rest.
