Microsoft Display Dock Update Process

In announcing the new build last week, Microsoft’s corporate vice president of engineering systems Gabriel Aul implied that more frequent updates were in the works. Generally, the bigger phone, the Lumia 950 XL beats the smaller Lumia 950 in performance.

Guggenheimer was quick to shed some light on the son to come “continuum” feature.

What this means for you: If Microsoft increases the tempo of its rollouts-and without carrier interference-Windows Phone owners will receive new features and bug fixes more frequently than before. Microsoft’s Lumia 950 XL comes with a 20-megapixel camera that’s capable of shooting stunning photos and videos (or, at least, that’s what Redmond promises, but we’ll find out the truth in our review coming this Saturday), so the company uses every occasion to promote this. According to a report by WindowsCentral, this update is only available for Lumia 930 and 1520, which are exactly the previous flagships that Microsoft launched with Windows Phone. Also, the screen is protected with Gorilla Glass 4 and the front camera at the top has a biometric face-scanning authentication feature, which allows the users to unlock their devices.
