23 killed in Russian Federation psychiatric hospital fire
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the fire at the facility in the Voronezh region, about 600 kilometers (350 miles) south of Moscow.

“Nineteen victims’ bodies have been discovered at the site of the fire, two died in hospital”, a source at the emergencies ministry crisis center told RIA Novosti, a Russian state-run news agency, confirming the current death toll of 21 people. A further 20 people were hospitalised.
“And every time the Russian Investigative Committee exposes inadmissible violations that facilitated the tragedies”, he said, urging society to demand safe, modern hospitals and care facilities.
At least 23 people are dead and another 23 are injured following a fire that broke out in a psychiatric hospital in Southwestern Russia Saturday night.

It was not immediately clear what triggered the blaze.
Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations said the fire has been extinguished. ‘I would make it mandatory for governors to tour such places’.
