First trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse
X-Men: Apocalypse is directed by Bryan Singer and produced by Simon Kinberg, Hutch Parker and Lauren Shuler Donner.
The first official trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse was released earlier this week.
Tagged “Only the strong will survive”, the poster features Apocalypse gripping a cracked human skull in his calloused hand. That is the question, though you probably know the answer as Oscar Isaac prepares for the end of days in the new X-Men: Apocalypse poster. Let’s not forget that this is the same franchise that brought us this masterpiece: This also happens to be the best photograph we’ve seen thus far of Oscar Isaac in his Apocalypse get-up.
Synopsis: “Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god”. He’s one of many notable names that make up the cast which also includes Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Nicholas Hoult and loads more “OH!” Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. Our first look at the character, which came during San Diego Comic-con this past summer, made the First Mutant look like a villain from Power Rangers (the lighting making him look purple most definitely didn’t help). Charles Xavier is tasked with leading his young team of X-Men alongside Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence).
