“We definitely went [to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center] quite a few times, and now he’s home, so we’re happy that everyone’s safe and sound and all tucked in, so it’s good”, she smiled. “He will be going on her post-pregnancy diet and will be matching her pound for pound”. The shout out included a photo of Kim and Kanye holding hands.

The latest Kim Kardashian baby update sees the star trying to return to some semblance of a normal life. A friend of the family says that Kim and Kanye are fighting all the time and it’s doubtful that the couple will “make it into the new year”.

The reality star was very public about the health issues surrounding her pregnancy, often taking to her app to share her journey with her fans.
