AC/DC Announces American Tour, Forced Off Stage In New Zealand
They’ve been on the road since April 2015, but AC/DC show no signs of flagging on their ongoing Rock Or Bust World Tour.
A March 11 concert at the BB&T Center in Sunrise is among the stops on an American leg of AC/DC’s Rock or Bust world tour announced Monday.
The rockers will play at The Palace of Auburn Hills on Sunday, March 20 at 7:30pm. Tickets will go on sale December 19 at 10 a.m. Reserved tickets will run from $115 to $140.
Longtime drummer Phil Rudd is also no longer in AC/DC. Australia’s most successful global band, formed in 1973, played in Sydney’s Olympic Stadium Wednesday, one of 55 planned shows during their current would tour. He has been replaced by Chris Slade, who was briefly a member of the band in the early “90s”.
The band’s first performance will take place in Tacoma, Washington, Feb. 2 and its final stop will be April 4 at Madison Square Garden in NY.
