Jose Aldo has rubbished any retirement talk and vowed to bounce back after his dramatic defeat at the hands of Ireland’s Conor McGregor on Saturday night in Las Vegas.
An updated video has been released of all Conor McGregor’s predictions that have come true.
Being knocked out in just 13-seconds has left Jose Aldo in a state of confusion. That’s not happening. There will be a belt on one shoulder, and a belt on the other.

McGregor is without question inspiring a new generation of Mixed Martial Arts Fighters to take up the sport, all aiming to follow in his footsteps. He’s hoping to get an immediate rematch.

The instant rematch with Aldo is always there, and of course a featherweight title bout with Frankie Edgar is the logical choice at 145 pounds, but McGregor could also move up to 155 pounds to take on the victor of this Saturday’s UFC on FOX 17 main event between champ Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone.
While Jose may deserve a second shot at besting McGregor, it is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
McGregor’s contract situation is something that may be a point of contention for Dana White and the UFC but given the fact that Ronda Rousey and McGregor are the two biggest names in combat sports at this minute, they have sway that few have ever felt before. “I don’t care what he says. This is trending as the highest pay-per-view of all time for the UFC”, he added. “It’s a sport, we have to accept. Not only from wins you live your life”. That makes us stronger. “Much stronger. You can be sure we will come back stronger and far more champions than it already was”.
