Ubisoft registers The Assassin’s Creed Collection domain name
Ubisoft is possibly working on an Assassins Creed Collection, according to a domain registration for the website (which just for clarity is not working yet). The image shows the domain of assassinscreedcollection.com as being registered on December 12.
A new domain has been spotted thanks to Neogaf which reveals a new project in the works from Ubisoft.
There’s also the chance of the developers putting together another collection for the series, not only to update the graphics, but also promote the forthcoming live-action movie based on the games.
For those who own an Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Season Pass will automatically receive an instant access to the add-ons and other items, to wit; The Last Maharaja mission pack, Streets of London gameplay pack, Long Night mission, exclusive and permanent XP boost, Steampunk Pack and Victorian Legends Pack. The easiest and less fascinating option is just a collection of the current-gen Assassin’s Creed titles, something like what happened for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Jack the Ripper is coming to “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate” in a new DLC. It wouldn’t be all that surprising then to learn that Ubisoft has registered the domain for Assassin’s Creed Collection, though the official details regarding what this is for remains to be seen.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is the most recent main game in the series, launching a couple of months ago to solid reviews. It is still up in the air, also, the amount and names of the titles to be included in this collection.
