What should Kim and Kanye call their baby boy??
On the post, it simply said, “Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their son this morning”.
It did take Kanye and Kim nearly a week to name North West. They may have wanted to get to know their child better before deciding on a name that will stick with them for the rest of their life.
Kim Kardashian’s website announces the birth of her son, but no names have been made known as yet.
But, according to People magazine, the new mum has chosen Robert for the baby’s middle name, after her father who died in 2003.
“I do like the name Easton”, Kardashian said.
He died in 2003 from esophageal cancer aged 59. Considering the last name wasn’t exactly the most common, it remains to be seen whether Kardashian and West choose a less geographically appropriate first name for their child, or double down and call him “East”. This procedure, however, is reportedly somewhat risky and there is a risk that her water could have broken or that the baby’s heart rate could be affected, but luckily, in this case, all went well. “To our fans: Kanye and I welcome our baby boy”, the announcement read. In a previous interview with Ellen DeGeneres on “The Ellen Show”, the 35-year old mother-of-two revealed she likes the name Easton but doubts that West likes it too. She also was prepared for a C-section if needed because her son was breech a few weeks ago.
As fans eagerly wait for more news, we can only imagine how thrilled Kimye is feeling with their new baby after sharing their desire to expand the family.
The photo below of Mrs. West speaks volumes because she has been patiently waiting on her son to arrive after dealing with some tough decisions and ups and downs with her pregnancy.
