Later in the day, Gandhi visited the spot, while Kejriwal met Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu to discuss the issue.

Earlier today, the AAP joined by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) protested outside the Parliament against the slum demolition.

AAP additionally protested in Parliament over the difficulty after Speaker Sumitra Mahajan rejected an adjournment movement moved by it.
