Louisa Johnson already living pop star lifestyle after winning X Factor
Justin Bieber continues to dominate the top spot in the singles charts, but he may face competition from newly-crowned X Factor victor Louisa Johnson.
Olly Murs has revealed his advice to the X Factor contestants ahead of the final: “Sing like it’s the first time we’ve ever seen you”.
More than eight million people voted and an emotional Louisa said: “I’ve imagined this day for so many years”.
“I’m so proud of Louisa”, said her mentor Rita Ora, ahead of the show.
That is the show’s lowest viewing numbers for a final in its history.
Louisa Johnson has been the red hot favourite throughout the competition and now she’s sealed the deal, winning The X Factor 2015.
X Factor 2015 WinnerThe respected authorities got so anxious that Louisa was not allowed to speak up during the interview on This Morning this week.
Singer Jess Glynne wrote: “How can you give them the same song? Thanks for having me, I loved it. I wanted to burst out laughing, I did at the end”.
Speaking ahead of this weekend’s final, where Reggie, 31, and Bollie, 29, performed a duet with Craig David, the ex-Girls Aloud star said: “There’s no chance I’m letting these boys out of my fingers”. Label-wise, they said, it wasn’t the right time. If she goes on to have any kind of career, which isn’t guaranteed by any means, this song will be the very first thing she disowns.
After the two finalists sang the Bob Dylan cover, the judges didn’t pass comment on Reggie N Bollie’s attempt. “I’ve always gone on what I thought”.
Louisa’s rivals, Reggie “N” Bollie certainly brought their A-game during the finale as well; with multiple mash-ups including one of One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” and OMI’s “Cheerleader” the pair reminded everyone why they deserved to be in the finals.
One Direction, who were formed on the show in 2010, will return to perform track Infinity from their new album Made in the AM, their last before the band take a break from March 2016 onwards.
