Coach Gary Kubiak didn’t have a lot of answers regarding his QB situation when he met with the media Monday afternoon.

Last week, Manning had three throwing sessions of about a half-hour apiece before taking the weekend off. Manning spent Sunday’s game on the sideline, and occasionally gave counsel to Osweiler. Otherwise, he was mediocre. He said later, “A couple of things went wrong”. “I think going out there; we could’ve done a better job as far as getting points, especially when we were in the red zone”. Thomas dropped a pass at the goal line, and Davis missed a pass that would have kept a fourth-quarter drive alive. “I should know better than that”.

The Broncos shouldn’t get too Super excited after Sunday. The Broncos looked like they’d take advantage, but Brandon McManus missed a 49-yard field goal by hitting the left upright.

Man, there just are not ever this special of victories for the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders were laughing on the charter back to the coast. Somewhere the Kansas City Chiefs were laughing.

The win was as improbable as they come.

There’s still a possibility he could return to the starting lineup either against Cincinnati on December 28 or San Diego on January 3.

The Broncos continue to have a poor excuse of an offense.
