Suspect in unprovoked stabbing has ‘impressive resume’

Police said the victim remains in grave condition in a hospital in Toronto.

The apparently random attack took place just before 3pm on Friday inside the Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto’s underground PATH system at 66 Wellington Street West.

Investigators said the woman went into the store and stabbed another woman, “without provocation”.

On Saturday, police released a screenshot from a surveillance video showing the well-dressed stabbing suspect walking away from the scene of the crime. The circumstances behind her arrest were not disclosed as of press time.

Though authorities revealed little about Bisesar, in 2004, she received a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree and in 2007, a Masters of Business Administration degree, a York University spokesperson confirmed to the Star.
