The fifth republican presidential debate featured sharp exchanges between both
The debate in Las Vegas, hosted by CNN, focused nearly entirely on national security issues in the wake of terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, Calif., and the Republican candidates focused the majority of their criticism on President Barack Obama.
The ad cuts between clips of Bush attacking Trump during the debate for having “a lack of seriousness” by referencing statements the frontrunner has made on national security issues, each of which he visibly denies, and video of Trump actually making these declarations in past interviews. And we now learn that the DHS says “No, we can’t check their social media”.
Bush called the billionaire businessman “the chaos candidate”, insisted Trump couldn’t “insult his way to the presidency”, and dismissed Trump’s proposal to block all Muslims from entering the country as unsafe and “not serious”. The ad then cuts to Trump in a CNN interview advocating for the U.S.to keep a distance from the conflict in Syria and let ISIS and the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad fight for supremacy.

Cruz made a claim during an exchange with Florida Sen.
The Republicans running for their party’s presidential nomination will meet tonight in Las Vegas for the final debate of the year.
“He(Jeb Bush) has to go out and do his thing”.
“You’re not talking. You interrupted me”, Trump said.

Asked about Sweet’s assertion that Cruz is “unequivocally” opposed to legalization, Rubio’s campaign said that was news to them.
“Donald Trump’s not going to be president of the United States by insulting every group on the planet – insulting women, POWs, war heroes, Hispanics, disabled, African-Americans”, Bush said. Cruz and Rubio, both 44, battled over Cruz’s proposal to “carpet-bomb” areas of the Middle East controlled by Islamic State militants, also known as ISIS.
Thanks to early endorsements from two Hawkeye State conservative kingmakers, Cruz is leading recent Iowa polls with less than 50 days to go until the caucuses. Cruz has moved past him in some Iowa surveys.
He pointed out that Cruz has absolutely no problem not only criticizing Marco Rubio, but really going for the jugular, as he did at the debate last night. Honestly, I think Jeb is a very nice person, he’s a very nice person.
Cruz argued that his vote helped “reform how we target bad guys” by allowing the government to search more phone numbers. As the first primaries approach, his threat grows closer to becoming a reality despite his outrageous comments and clear lack of qualifications.
