Watch Carrie Fisher & Ellen DeGeneres sell ‘Star Wars’ tickets to unsuspecting
The star, who reprises her role as Princess-turned-General Leia in the flick, took to the streets with the host to see how many people they could get to pull over and pay them for tickets to the blockbuster-to-be. “And I’m let down.’ So I know this one’s going to do well too because I’m psychic”.
After long, long time, the force finally awoke Monday night at the premiere for Star Wars: The Force Awakens – and the event was a who’s who of heroes past and present! And, as expected, he wanted to have the tickets for the upcoming “The Force Awakens” premiere.
Star Wars lands in United Kingdom cinemas December 17 and USA cinemas December 18.
Thankfully, Fisher made it safely to the carpet, which she walked alongside her daughter and “Scream Queens” star Billie Lourd.
For those who didn’t have any cash on hand, Fisher and DeGeneres instead offered a swap.

“I’m Princess Leia!” Fisher explained.
The pair’s signs read “Star War$ tickets” and “We’re UR (your) only hope!”, and fans who handed over money were informed the proceeds would be going to good causes.
The whole segment is pretty amusing, and shows just what people are willing to give up for tickets to The Force Awakens’ opening night. So, Fisher and DeGeneres asked him to do a headstand and sing the “Star Wars” theme song.
