Michael Moore to Trump- “We are all Muslims”
“I am betting that Americans are not scared stupid like so numerous unscrupulous leaders in the Republican presidential field, namely Donald Trump, believe”, O’Malley said on the Alan Colmes Show on Wednesday.
The note is in response to Trump’s presidential proposals, including all Muslims in the USA registering on a database and a suspension on Muslim immigration. “We are not a country of angry white guys”, Moore wrote. That bogeyman, in your mind, are all Muslims (sic).
“We are all children of God (or nature or whatever you believe in), part of the human family, and nothing you say or do can change that fact one iota”, Moore adds before turning on his signature humor. In other words, we’re all everything – meaning, ultimately, nothing. “You have radicalism in this country”. That means if you want to ban Muslims, you are first going to have to ban me. His sign read “We Are All Muslim”.
So now what do we do, make periodic decisions to cancel Muslims from entering the country based on what country a terrorist comes from every time we experience an attack?
“‘Pick on’ you? I thought, where are we, in 3rd grade?” “When you look at the way he’s dealt with the Senate, where he goes in there like, frankly, a little bit like a maniac – you’re never going to get things done that way”, Trump said. He kept standing there until the police came and asked him to leave.
Recommended: What do you know about Donald Trump? . You’re not so tough, Donny, and I’m glad I got to see the real you up close and personal all those years ago.
He ended his letter to Trump with a call for readers to sign a “We Are All Muslim” letter, on his website, and then post a photo of themselves on social media sites with a sign and a similar hashtag declaration. We are all Muslim.
Today I went & stood in front of Trump…
Michael Moore – born in MI in 1954 – is known for his documentary films that criticised United States gun laws, globalisation, the Iraq war and the USA healthcare system.
Moore also recalled the time he met Trump, now 69, back in November 1998.
She noted that Trump’s comments were “full of hatred” and that blaming Muslims for terrorism would only “radicalize more terrorists”, as stated by the source.
Moore has been derisive of Trump in the past, even calling him “bat-s-t crazy” in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. And with three of us in this race, I’m the only one that can still beat expectations and then it becomes a different sort of race. None of the candidates is ideal, certainly-but handwringing about the sad state of affairs only allows Mr. Trump and Cruz, and their ready, enthusiastic supporters, to dominate for longer. He said, “We should be able to penetrate the Internet and find out exactly where ISIS is”.
