Cute!! Suhana Khan Watches Dilwale with Dad SRK!
You also get to see the foot tapping Tukur Tukur song in the closing credits, which brings me to the climax of Dilwale. Speaking about his friend Shah Rukh Khan coming on the reality show, host Salman says, “Every year, I am asked if Shah Rukh will be on Bigg Boss to promote his film and I have always said he is welcome”. Many things have been said in favour of postponing one of the movies, but neither Shah Rukh Khan nor Eros were willing to blink first and as such the clash was inevitable. Varun also said that it was his dream to be a part of a Rohit Shetty film. “The movie gives a flashback of the SRK-Kajol magic”. The setting of two families takes you on a roller coaster ride, with auto chases and guns blazing, and one can easily say that the action done by Shetty’s team from India, South Africa and Bulgaria is top notch.
Finally the most awaited moment has arrived and we see Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan sharing the same stage on Bigg Boss 9 show. Varun Dhawan who is the younger brother of Shah Rukh Khan falls in love of Kriti. If one still keeps watching right until the end, it is exclusively because of Kajol, playing a tough woman caught between her duty to her gangster dad and her feelings for the son of the head of the rival criminal syndicate.
On the whole, “Dilwale” may not be another “DDLJ” but it has all the ingredients to be another potential blockbuster from Rohit Shetty and Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies. He appeared as Raj and he played this character with an ease and he performed exceptionally well in action scenes. Salman also had a guest role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The release of these movies on the same day will definitely affect the first week collection of each of them.
The Starring of Evergreen pair Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in the movie is a major plus point.
“We bought tickets for Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale”.
Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra and Varun Sharma provide comic relief – which is indeed a relief among the divine romance, blazing guns and screeching cars – though the jokes don’t flow as easy and unforced as some of Shetty’s earlier flicks. Producers want to line up to sign them on, only if they could afford their astronomical fees!
