Patriots list Tom Brady as ‘questionable’ for game due to unspecified illness
The illness was unknown and the franchise quarterback’s status for Sunday’s home game against the Titans will become clearer when the practice report is released later Friday.
Also missing from the practice was starting center Bryan Stork, who had not been on the injury report until Friday, when his status was probable. Brady is officially listed as questionable on the injury report.
Jackson injured his left knee in last week’s game against the Chicago Bears and sat out a practice earlier in the week.
Edelman will miss his fifth consecutive game with a broken foot that he suffered in the first quarter against the Giants. He needs 214 yards passing for 3,000 yards this season, which would make him the first Tennessee quarterback to reach that mark since 2011. Patriots have outscored Titans 133-59 over past three games in series, including 59-0 victory in 2009….
Stone was injured in practice this week and had already been declared out for the Falcons’ game Sunday at Jacksonville.
McClain didn’t practice all week after reporting concussion symptoms following last weekend’s loss to Green Bay.

But interim Tennessee Titans coach Mike Mularkey said that’s not going to be an excuse for any issues on Sunday. He is also expected to be on the field for New England Sunday.

It’s unlikely the Titans are interested in engaging the Patriots in a shootout, though that fact suggests they’re a team that can capitalize when they begin to build a rhythm and confidence. Jackson was a top running back in the National Football League during his prime with the Rams, and he had a decent two-year stint in Atlanta, but hasn’t played yet this season.
Both nose tackle Sammie Hill (right knee) and linebacker David Bass, limited Thursday with a hip injury, practiced fully.
