Jeb Bush insults Trump during his rally in New Hampshire
Well, at least somebody said it in public……
The latest round of Republican debates ended with little unchanged in GOP polling with billionaire Donald Trump holding fast to his substantial lead. “I gave myself therapy there”. “You can’t disparage women, Hispanics, disabled people”. Of course, this is not the only reason.
Bush’s stump speech covers the same topics it did two weeks ago, but the governor seems to more freely invoke criticism of Trump, much in the same way he has done with President Obama and Hillary Clinton, continuing to question Trump’s seriousness as a candidate and even his intellectual curiosity.
“I’m kind of embarrassed for him, and I think it’s kind of sad, because I don’t think he’ll get elected, either because there’s just been too many Bushes or because of his performance as a campaigner”, she said. “I hope you’ll reject it by voting for me, but a guy like that should not be the front-running candidate of our great party”.
Continuing to dig in, Bush said in Contoocook that it’s “deeply discouraging” that Trump is “actually running for president and insulting people”. When asked about a possible endorsement from Bush, Donald Trump claimed that “it doesn’t mean anything”, says the same source.
Bush’s jabs come the same day that the super PAC supporting his White House bid, Right to Rise, released a new TV ad hitting Trump.
It’s a welcome approach to some New Hampshire voters.
Trump later said he’s not looking for Bush’s approval.
That, Bush said, is ultimately up to the voters.
Additionally, in Iowa, the first primary in the nation, Cruz is in a statistical tie with Trump, 26.4% to 25.4% respectively, according to RealClearPolitics.
“You’re the answer”, Bush said.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R), who has seen a surge of support in some early-state polls as he focuses his campaign on national-security issues, listed off a “series of fear-mongering statements” when asked about the terrorist threat posed by ISIS.
