Jay McGuiness wins Strictly Come Dancing 2015
While The Wanted singer was the bookies favourite to win the competition, many have claimed the final was fixed after two of Bright’s dances were awarded flawless scores by the judges.
“No matter what happens, you walk away from Strictly with a friend for life”.
“Kellie saved her best – that show dance was a proper show dance and for me, it deserved to take that trophy home”.
In their first dance Jay and Aliona performed a quickstep to the accompaniment of My Generation by The Who.
The comments: Craig said that Kellie could be a worthy victor and told her that she was one of the most exciting performers he’d been witness to.
Jay McGuiness and his twinkle toes may have trotted their way to victory on Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night but it wasn’t just hard work and plenty of practice that helped the star triumph. “I feel spaced out and really weird”, he said, fighting back tears.
So here’s the drill for tonight’s show, so we can all plan our evening accordingly – everything kicks off at 6.35pm with all four couples dancing the judges’ favourite routine of the series, followed by their Showdance.
“Kellie’s show dance from the beginning was just non-stop, she gave it everything she had”.
While his dancing has been the focus, Jay and Aliona’s relationship has also been much talked about, even though she is happily married to her sales director husband Vincent Kavanagh.
“I think it’s down to whoever watches as to whether I deserve to win or not”, he explained.
Craig Revel-Horwood said: “I think you did dance around the floor easily, your bum was down through the whole thing”.
“I’m glad I got to see it through to the end”, she told the co-hosts. I’m pretty confident that Katie and Anton will go out first, but then again I was pretty confident that Katie and Anton wouldn’t make it past Halloween, and look how that panned out. I think everyone in the final deserved to be there.
“No matter what I say people will say what they want”.
