Marsha Blackburn: White House Should Lower Flag for Marines

President Obama called for all flags at the White House and all federal buildings, including overseas embassies, to be lowered to half-staff to honor the five troops killed in a shooting rampage at a Chattanooga, Tenn., reserve center. “This is a part of we as a nation grieving that members of our military were shot in the line of duty”. Speaking to a veterans group earlier in the day, President Obama said the USA will keep doing everything in its power to protect American military members after last week’s shootings in Chattanooga.
