Tales of Berseria is coming to PS4 and PC in the west
No launch window has been provided yet for Tales of Berseria, but seeing that this franchise has been getting annual releases over the last few years, it’s not out of reason that this will be released next fall.
After the fifteenth game in the series, “Tales of Zestiria” brought us the story of Sorey, the sixteenth installment will bring us the story of Velvet.
Also coming to the West from Bandai Namco is the God Eater series, with God Eater: Resurrection and God Eater 2: Rage Burst coming to the PS4 and PS Vita. Given the development pace of recent Tales games, it’s not out of the question to guess that the game could arrive in America in late 2016 or early 2017. There hasn’t been a “God Eater” game that’s come to the West since the original game that came was on the PlayStation Portable (PSP), so this should please fans of the series. The company released a trailer to coincide with the announcement, which can be seen below. Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs-Force has also been confirmed for localization and a PS Vita release here, as well. The game will have players controlling legendary Gundams in fast-paced two-on-two battles. One Piece: Burning Blood, an arena-based fighting game, is heading to these shores in 2016, and that one will be landing on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
In other Tales news, Tales of Symphonia is also coming to Steam. From stands, to complicated systems, to a roster full of your favorite characters, it will look to carry elements of its respected mediums and bring them to life in video game format.
