‘Nobody’s proven’ Putin killed journalists
Still, Trump sounded eager to defend Putin, even against widespread allegations that Putin “kills journalists, political opponents and … invades countries”, in the words of “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough. I feel, frankly, good about him. But nobody’s proven that he’s killed anybody, as far as I’m concerned.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump addresses the crowd during a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, December 21, 2015. “Because they both play on people’s fears; they both play on people’s insecurities”. No, we want to spend another five trillion dollars continuing to fight.
“They said he’s killed reporters”.
Former Florida governor Jeb Bush, who has intensified his criticism of Trump in recent days, called Putin “a dictator” and “a bully”. “He has always denied it. You’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, at least in our country”. By his response, it was clear that Trump does not believe Putin is responsible for the death of Anna Politkovskaya or any other Russian writer. But wouldn’t it be nice if, like, Russian Federation and us could knock out an enemy together? “Yes, sure, there are allegations”.
Although the US and Russian Federation have been longtime foes, relations between the two nations have deteriorated rapidly over the past two years, following Moscow’s annexation of the Crimean Peninsula in March last year, and the subsequent imposition of economic sanctions on Russian Federation. Not us bear the full cost, sometimes? But, as always, the Russian bear must be handled at a respectful distance if you don’t want to be eaten alive.
However, Rojansky says that in case Trump were elected, Putin might apply his well-honed skill of reading his partners and exploiting their weaknesses. World war three. For what? Trump said in an interview from “This Week” on ABC. Instead of saying he wasn’t aware of the deaths, he didn’t acknowledge them as a problem.
“I think it was despicable if that took place, but I haven’t seen any evidence that he killed anybody in terms of reporters”, Trump said. He called me brilliant. “You know that, right?”
“What somebody like a Donald Trump is doing is playing on the fears and anxieties of the American people, ” Sanders said.
“But, you know what?”
“I’m not saying anything”, Trump said after drawing this exact comparison. It’s not a bad thing, it’s a good thing.
“Let them try and fly there now”. “He’s running his country and at least he’s a leader, unlike what we have in this country”.
“(Trump has) come out saying that Putin is a strong man and a great guy, when he’s trying to destabilise our relationship with our allies.
