Marlene King Reveals When ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Will Really End
ABC Family wisely gave Pretty Little Liars a double-season pick-up past year, so fans will definitely be getting at least another 30 or so episodes before all is said and done.
However, despite King’s statement, ABC Family has not made any formal announcement to say that Season 7 will be the last.
It was previously confirmed that the girls will only return to Rosewood after five years to help warn Alison about a new threat that’s coming after her. King has said in the past that she would consider a follow-up movie for the series.
Umm, SO many feels about this…Though we don’t have an official end date for Season 7 and ultimately Pretty Little Liars, if the series continues at the pace it’s going, PLL will likely end before 2017 is over.
“I think we’ll let the fans tell us what they want”, she said. It’s incredible. We had such a good time.
Do we finally have some further news right now regarding the potential end of “Pretty Little Liars”? I love the whole cast. We just had a lot of fun, and I think you’ll see on the screen that it was so much fun. Bella is so lovely and such a hard worker and she’s very talented.
The clarifying tweet comes after Variety quoted King as saying the Pretty Little Liars storyline will end at the close of its approved seventh season.
