HTC One X9: New Release Date and Pricing Rumors

HTC One X9 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Display. HTC One X9 will have 3 GB of RAM and will have 32 GB of inbuilt storage which will be expandable up to an astonishing 2 TB with the help of a microSD card slot. It has 32GB of internal storage along with a MicorSD card slot for storage expansion up to 2TB.

It seems that the time has come and the unlocked version of the HTC One M9 is finally receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA Update in the US.

The HTC One X9 measures 153.9 x 75.9 x 7.99, allowing the display to cover 82% of the phone’s front. The rear camera sensor supports 4K video recording and comes equipped with an F2.0 aperture, 27.3mm lens.

But from the front, the X9 looks more like a Samsung phone than anything, with the company using a glass face and even going so far as to use capacitive buttons at the bottom. The front camera will be an UltraPixel cam.

In China, the HTC One X9 is priced at 2399 Yuan, which roughly translates to Rs 24,500.

There has been no mention of the OS version this mid-ranger would sport, so both Android 6.0 and Android 5.1 are possibilities at this stage for the version which the device ships with. However, it appears that the update is only for HTC One A9 and One M9 owners within the US.

Earlier, specs of the device were released through a leaked certification from TENAA, reported Phones Review. This is cheaper than the One A9 and HTC is clearly aiming this phone at the upper mid-range category. This was followed by them releasing other phones such as the various variants of the desire series of phones, the HTC One A series, the E series and trying to tap into low to mid budget markets as well.
