Early Wednesday morning, the detestable reality star was released from a prison in CT after spending almost a year there due to her admitted role in a bankruptcy and mortgage fraud scheme.

Guidice spent almost 12 months behind bars after she and her husband pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud, CBS2’s Andrea Grymes reported. Joe Giudice will reportedly begin his own prison sentence in March, which will last about 41 months at a facility in New Jersey; he could potentially be deported back to Italy upon his release.
Meanwhile, Teresa said she plans to spend the holiday with her family at the home of her brother and sister-in-law Joe and Melissa Gorga in Montville, New Jersey.
At least Teresa got to learn some “jail talk” along the way, her husband said, and made some new friends.
“Joe was waiting for her in the driveway smiling, he looked like he was anxiously anticipating her arrival”, the source added. Teresa is savoring every moment she has with her girls right now. “The balance of her home confinement will be monitored by the Federal Location Monitoring program”.
Maybe you don’t follow the “Real Housewives” reality shows, and don’t know Teresa Giudice from Kim Richards or Bethenny Frankel. She was joined by two guards at the time. She may only leave her home with permission from the Bureau of Prisons. Teresa’s daughters also festively decorated the house with signs and Christmas decor, while Gia tweeted her joy over her mother’s arrival, writing, “welcome home”. There, she was surprised with a brand new Lexus SUV, complete with a red bow on top.
