Weekend rain may trigger some river, stream flooding
Heavy rain is most likely from Saturday through Monday and a Flash Flood Watch will be in effect from 6 a.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Monday. Additional heavy rainfall may produce flooding and flash flooding. The downpour will cause flooding in some low-lying areas and drivers were encouraged to not drive through standing water. The ground is very saturated from several rounds of rain.
