Gainesville woman charged in NC kidnapping of 2 young children

The suspects are identified as Natasha Cantrell, Christopher Carter and Chadwick Agan.

The boys are not originally from Asheville but were visiting relatives.

The Asheville Police Department issued an Amber Alert Sunday after the mother of Harlee Allan Joyner, 3, and Elijah Ryan Joyner, 1, called to report they had been kidnapped. He also didn’t know why or how the children ended up in Swannanoa. The Amber Alert was canceled and the children are safe in police custody.

Harlee Allan Joyner is a 3-year-old boy, about 3 feet tall, weighing 40 pounds.

Elijah is a 1-year-old white male, approximately two feet tall and weighs 20 pounds.

The boys were last seen in a silver Nissan Versa. White onesie and jeans.
