Police ID 7-year-old boy killed in Florida drive-by shooting

Police have identified a 7-year-old boy killed in a drive-by shooting while visiting family in Miami for the holidays.
WSVN reports that a witness reported a dispute at the counter that intensified after an older man called out at the suspect to tell him his order was ready.
Police said the boy was rushed to a hospital.
According to police, a white Dodge Ram drove past a home and someone inside opened fire, killing the boy who was inside. Relatives of the victim say that his name is Amir and that he was visiting their house from Homestead. He’s considered armed and unsafe, police said.
Duke, 19, is wanted for second-degree murder in Sunday’s shooting that killed Amiere Castro as he was inside a cousin’s home on the 15100 block of Jackson St. They called the police.
The shooting happened the day after a 7-year-old boy was fatally shot in Richmond Heights, also in South Miami-Dade.
