Jeb Bush Challenges Donald Trump To One-On-One Debate

Speaking at a Florida gathering, Bush was asked what he would like to say to Trump if he walked in the room. “Nothing’s backfired on Donald Trump yet”, he said of Trump on Fox and Friends.

“How do you expect someone who is as untrustworthy as Hillary Clinton, who hasn’t told the truth about this, to be honest as President of the United States?” His one shining moment was his early offensive against Donald Trump, which caught everyone’s attention. “He immediately thinks you’re a wonderful person”.

Ben Carson, on the other hand, wrote in a Washington Post op-ed that, “beyond the obvious narcissism of endlessly photographing oneself and blasting it over social networks for others to admire, selfies are risky”.

Politicians are generally seen as people who aren’t always with the times, in part due to the average politician’s age. Bush spoke on array of topics including the South China Sea, Cuba, immigration and gun violence. He said her statistics were wrong.

Bush expressed to the small group of supporters that he is prepared to get right to work if elected in 2016. The questions covered Cuba too. At the Forum Club luncheon he wore a suit. A Bush aide said Wednesday that the campaign would have about 40 staffers there, adding to what is already the largest paid staff in the state.

He also appeared to chalk up the question to an interest in Bush family psychodrama.

Republicans in the audience gave Bush mixed reviews.

But he contrasted himself, repeatedly and unprompted, with Trump, who lives part-time in a Palm Beach estate, Mar-a-Lago. But now Bush wants to make it the main event. “He isn’t the shrillest”. “When Jeb was governor, he was the best governor in the country”.

“Jeb understands our issues”, U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen said.
