Schimmerling’s in Binghamton is offering free rides home throughout Broome County between midnight at 8 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
The transit agency is partnering with Miller-Coors to provide free rides on DART and the Trinity Railway Express.
Also Thursday, RTA administrative offices closed early (12 p.m.) but the customer information center will be open until 10 p.m.
