Longtime broadcasters to call their last Rose Parade

This year’s Rose Bowl will pit Big Ten’s Iowa Hawkeyes against PAC-12’s Stanford Cardinal. He said safety concerns came up during the church’s organizational meetings but Pasadena officials assured them security would be tight.

Along the parade route, tents, sofas and boxes of any type that can be used as stools or seats are prohibited.

Unoccupied chairs are not allowed and will be removed from the parade route.

A position on the sidewalk may be maintained along the parade route beginning at noon December 31.

Open containers of alcohol are illegal on public streets, sidewalks and all other public areas, and violators may be cited or arrested.
