‘Walking Dead’ months away

In relation to the TV series, executive producer Dave Alpert announced that the 2014 Produced By conference that its writers have created plotlines that can expand to season 12, if AMC prefers to offer a long-term opportunity for the hit show.
Gimple also dropped more hints about this in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, saying, “I think there’s a really cool aspect to the first half of the season that serves nearly as a prequel to some direct comic stuff in the second half of the season”. “But I see the story from beginning to end, over many many years about humanity overcoming this insurmountable apocalyptic situation”.
“I can’t tell you how much fun”. Also, if I suddenly start having a lot LESS fun, I may end it earlier, but I don’t see that happening.
