Odd finale for Eagles players

Of course, Shurmur maintained that his only concern was this Sunday’s game, saying he was “excited to help finish out this year”, but he already has at least one big-name supporter in his corner; DeMarco Murray. He is familiar with Shurmur, who was his offensive coordinator in St. Louis in 2010-11, when Spagnuolo was the head coach there. He knows how to lead men. I’m not saying Bradford will spurn the Eagles based on the poor performance by their receiving corps, but they certainly aren’t a reason for him to come back.

To be clear, I don’t think you can blame any of the players or coaches for giving their all.
