Nexus 6P in gold is pure luxury – Check out our hands-on photos!
While mobile phone manufacturer Huawei recently unveiled its new Krin 950 chipset, Google is most likely to prefer Snapdragon 860 for the new Nexus smartphone according to the report of GSM Arena.
I don’t want to overstate the case here – turning the phone in my hand to catch the light, the gold color certainly shimmers off the chamfered metal edges.
In September Google announced two brand new smartphones. You’ll be able to buy it at BestBuy.com, select Best Buy retail stores, and the Google Store, of course. The Nexus 6P was shown off in four lovely colors to compliment the all-aluminum design, but only three were released. Best Buy has offered the Nexus 6P since November, and should have the gold color variant in stock starting today, as well as online. Apart from the color, the Gold Edition is identical to the other models both in terms of specifications and price. All the good stuff of Google’s flagship, now available in gold. The device, naturally, runs the latest version of Google’s Android operating system – Android 6 Marshmallow – and we are expecting it to keep getting timely updates by Google for quite some time.
