TODAY’S FORECAST: Cloudy, snow showers likely
Four storms, bringing rain and a chance for snow, have and will pass through Las Cruces this week.
Las Cruces’ best chance for more rain is Wednesday. But there is a 60 percent chance of rain starting at 1 p.m. and a 70 percent chance of rain expected during the evening.
A second storm system was supposed to move into southern New Mexico late Tuesday night. South winds 5 to 15 miles per hour increasing to 15 to 20 miles per hour in the afternoon.
The Arctic blast that froze MA for the last few days will relent Wednesday, letting temperatures reach a high near 40 this afternoon. Saturday Night A 40 percent chance of showers.
FridayA 30 percent chance of snow, mainly after 3pm.
Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 32. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Cloudy with a high near 45. Winds could gust as high as 25 miles per hour.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. Rain could start around midnight with a 20 percent chance of showers.
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37.
Thursday: A chance of snow, freezing rain, and sleet between 7am and 1pm, then a chance of rain after 1pm.
