Microsoft Surface Phone will be a competitor to Apple iPhone 7

The new Surface Pro 4 tablet is a larger but thinner and lighter version of the Surface Pro 3.

The Surface Book boasts a 13.5-inch touchscreen display pushing out 6 million pixels for a 267ppi.

Starting tomorrow, customers will be able to pre-order Surface Book in Austria, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, and New Zealand, with Japan following in the next few weeks.

While its performance left a little to be desired given the price tag, the fancy hinge, convertible design and overall polish on the Surface Book build totally won us over.

Again, this strategy looks very similar to Microsoft’s, as the Redmond giant is also offering a Surface Pen with the same goal. The hybrid tablet has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front. Microsoft is sitting pretty as king of productivity hybrids right now.

Surface Book is a high-performance laptop with exceptional power and versatility.

The most serious complaint has been battery life.

The Surface Book is also a high-profile showcase for Windows 10 as Microsoft tries to push more people to adopt its latest operating system. For a Windows laptop that costs $2,500, you should be getting your money’s worth.
