Boy Pleads Guilty To Inciting Parade Terror
The 16-year-old, who can not be named for legal reasons, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court today accused of possessing documents including the “Anarchist Cookbook”, which contains, among other things, instructions for the production of explosives.
The boy, who was wearing spectacles, a grey shirt and striped tie, sat alongside his father and listened intently during the hearing.
She was charged by counterterrorism police after a warrant was executed at a house in Manchester on April 3.
According to the charge, the boy incited a person to commit an act of terrorism, wholly or partly outside the United Kingdom, namely the murder of police officers during an attack on the annual Anzac Day parade.

A 15-year-old British boy has pleaded guilty to inciting terrorism after he was linked to an alleged Anzac Day plot in Melbourne.
District Judge Howard Riddle released the girl on bail, on the conditions she stay at a particular address, report regularly to police, observe a curfew and not leave the country or apply for global travel documents.
A girl aged 16 has appeared in court charged with two terror offences.
His four-week trial is scheduled to begin on August 17 in Manchester.
