Cruz, Rubio fight over super PAC ad
Marco Rubio is rocking some seriously fashionable black boots today in New Hampshire.
In such a scenario, when no other candidates were in the race aside from the top three, Trump’s backing would also rise to 36 percent and Cruz would double his share of the pie to 19 percent.
Speaking of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, Rubio said that he didn’t think the real estate billionaire was running as a conservative, but said he intends to support the Republican nominee for president, even if it ends up being Trump. Instead, he aimed his fire at the Democratic front runner. The maximum capacity of the Westin Dallas Park Central hotel ballroom hosting Rubio’s rally is approximately 1,200.
“If we capture a terrorist alive, we’re not reading them Miranda rights, they’re not going to be hired a lawyer and we’re going to give them a one-way ticket to Guantanamo, where we’re going to find out everything they know”, Rubio said Tuesday, speaking to a standing-room-only crowd of close to 200 gathered at a trucking company headquarters in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
“They’re not confident they know who he is or that he knows who he is”, he said. He said the country had come unmoored from its constitutional roots and traditional values.

Cruz isn’t the only candidate with whom Rubio is locking horns. Rubio helped draft a reform bill in 2013 that would have created a pathway to citizenship for people in the country illegally.

He pledged to take the fight to the self-described Islamic State and decried recent cuts to military spending. He called for decriminalization of marijuana possession, for denying the federal government access to bulk phone records and for a less “bellicose” foreign policy that does not support regime change and opposes a no-fly zone in Syria.
Once the madness simmered down on Wednesday, Barbaro commented on what the viral reaction to his mindless tweet says about social media in an Insider piece for the Times.
Meanwhile, Trump, who overwhelmingly leads the rest of the GOP field according to a CNN/ORC poll released late last month, has received his share of flak from other candidates and the groups supporting them, even if they’ve failed to dent his seemingly impenetrable poll numbers. He framed himself as a conservative stalwart, but one able to appeal to a wide range of people. One man who has an answer is Ken Anderson.
During his speech, Rubio said he supports increasing border security and cracking down on sanctuary cities, those that violate federal law and shield illegal immigrants.
“He truly represents the people. I don’t think it’s illegitimate to look into it”.
Is this a good poll or a bad one for Marco Rubio? “Win or lose… having another voice that I think is a reasonable voice about the Middle East is an important thing”, said the first-term senator from Kentucky. That needs to happen soon if he hopes to win.
